About Soundside Totes

Soundside Totes is the simple, reliable way to rent reusable moving totes in Tacoma and the South Sound. We deliver sturdy, stackable, weather-resistant totes right to your door, and we pick them up again once you're settled into your new home. No assembling cardboard boxes, no hunting down packing tape, and no pile of broken-down boxes left at the curb when the move is over.

Our service is built for renters, homeowners, students, and families across Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place, Fircrest, and Fife who want a cleaner, easier alternative to the traditional cardboard moving box. Every rental includes a 14-day window, scheduled delivery and pickup, and totes that are cleaned and sanitized between every customer. You just pack, move, and unpack — we handle the rest.

Soundside Totes is a DBA of Spotted Lotus LLC, a locally owned and operated business based in the Pacific Northwest. We started Soundside Totes because we believe moving doesn't have to mean a stack of single-use cardboard and a trip to the store. By renting reusable totes, our customers save time, reduce waste, and skip the hassle — all while keeping their belongings protected in containers built to last.
