Cancellation Policy

We understand that moving plans change.

1. More than 3 days before delivery: Full refund.

2. 1–3 days before delivery: 50% refund.

3. Less than 24 hours notice: Refund at our discretion, minus any costs already incurred.

4. To request a cancellation, use your rental management page or contact us through the Contact page. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. If we are unable to fulfill a booking due to inventory or service-area limitations, you will receive a full refund.
