Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Soundside Totes website and rental services.

1. Bookings. All bookings are subject to tote availability and service-area confirmation. A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

2. Payment. The full rental amount is due at the time of booking. We use Stripe to securely process payments.

3. Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate delivery and pickup information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

4. Service Area. Delivery and pickup are included within our standard free delivery zones. A surcharge applies to designated surcharge zones. Areas outside our service area may be served at our discretion.

5. Changes. You may request changes to your booking through your rental management page. Changes that affect inventory or scheduling may require admin approval.

6. Limitation of Liability. Soundside Totes is not liable for damage to your belongings. Totes are provided for your convenience and are used at your own risk.

7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
