Lost / Damaged Tote Policy

Our totes are durable, reusable assets. Please take care of them during your rental.

1. Normal Wear. No fee is charged for normal wear and tear.

2. Lost Totes. A replacement fee of $25 per lost tote may apply.

3. Damaged Totes. A replacement fee of $25 per tote may apply for totes returned damaged beyond normal wear (e.g., cracked, melted, or heavily stained).

4. Missing Labels. A small fee of $1 per missing label may apply.

5. Assessment. Fees are assessed after pickup and cleaning. You will be notified before any additional charge is processed.
